Registration can be done through your worksite coordinator or using the
On-line Registration.

Registration Fee:
In lieu of a registration fee,
we are collecting donations for (TBD).
Your contribution is appreciated.
Silent Auction:
This year we are excited to be able to offer a Silent Auction with lots of great items to bid on. We hope that
you will join in the fun and get some great deals at the same time.
Exhibitors:
Information booths from various organizations will be on display.
They may offer prizes or items for sale. For more information visit: IWD

Lunch Options:
Holiday Inn
Harbourview has a beautifully renovated dining area and is offering a buffet lunch on the conference day. Lunch tickets
will be available to purchase during the course of the morning. The same menu and price will be available in the downstairs
restaurant to accommodate overflow from the second floor dining room. The cost of the lunch TBD (taxes included). Alternatively, inside the hotel is Quickie's Coffee Shop and
there are a number of eating establishments in the vicinity of the hotel, i.e. Tim Horton’s, McDonald’s,
Subway, and Down Town Pizza.
Public Transportation & Parking:
Pay parking
is available at the hotel. A major Metro Transit stop at the Bridge Terminal
is located across the street from the hotel. Workshops for this event are being held at the Holiday Inn Harbourview and the
Dartmouth Sportsplex.

This is a Barrier Free conference.
Please identify specific requests with your registration.
American Sign Language will be provided for the plenary
and for the workshops on request.
It is very important that you indicate
your requirement on your registration.
To accommodate participants with environmental sensitivities, please
remember that this is a smoke-free and scent-free environment.
